Welcome to Inkwell ("Inkwell", "we", "us"), a writing studio by YouNewX. By using inkwell.younewx.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Inkwell does

Inkwell uses AI to help you draft personal love letters and notes from the details you provide. The letters are AI-generated drafts for your own personal use. You're responsible for reviewing and deciding how you use them.

2. Free letters, credits & plans

New visitors get a number of free letters to try the Service.
Letter Pack is a one-time purchase of letter credits that do not expire.
Romance Unlimited is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; it renews until cancelled.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cryptocurrency (USDC) payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown before purchase; launch pricing is time-limited and may change.

4. Acceptable use

Please use Inkwell for lawful, personal, tasteful purposes. Don't use it to harass, deceive, impersonate, or create unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. Your content

The details you enter and the letters you generate are yours. We process them to provide the Service (including sending the text to our AI provider to generate the letter). See our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty / limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI output may not always be perfect or suitable for every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNewX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
